Increase your income by utilising the existing services.

Dear VLEs,
Please give suggestion to promote our business.
suggesions should be based on SAHAJ services.

I am starting....

1. When any new service arrives, don't render it quickly. Plan it according to the environment of your CSC area. Collect full information about the service. Try to campaign for the service in your area on different mode (I'll write these separately)

2. Prioritise some services which you think would give more income.

3. Inform about SAHAJ & the aim of CSC Scheme to every one whom you meet at your CSC or any other place.

4. You have to invest something on Advertisement without thinking its outcome. You may get output in long term.

5. For the connection charges & License fee we should discuss at correct forum. So this blog may be helpful. I think we all should give a letter collectively to CEO describing our problem. But I think, these problems will be temporary. CEO must be thinking about it. If not, we should give these fees as our investment for our future.

6. E-Siksha : this will be the main income generating service for you. You can convert your CSC as only an Educational Centre at your locality. Try to highlight about Microsoft & IGNOU Course (shortly coming) and tell about its advantages. Competitive Exam Kits are also coming. 10th & +2 Courses (like Tuition) will come in near future.
a. Collect Addresses of the students(10th & +2)and guardians of your area.
b. Create a letter with your centres address at the top with Logos (Odisha Gov., India Gov., SAHAJ & CSC Logo. Write about the e-Governance programme & role of CSC in this. Then write about the services currently available & future services. Give details about Microsoft & IGNOU Courses). You can attach a leaflet separately.
c. Send it by post to each persons.
You can see the response next day. Then meet personally to the guardian at his home. You can take help of your Service Executive to convince the guardian.

7. CHAAKRI : Register maximum persons as you can in this site. We the VLEs can popularise this Chaakri service all over India.
